About us

The Company

Due to a loyal clientele, Rays of Africa Safaris has been gradually expanding. We are one of the few reputable and prosperous tour companies run and owned by native Kenyans here in Kenya, and we are quite proud of this distinction as local Kenyan citizens. We stand out from other companies since we only provide trips in Kenya and have no intention to expand.

We give our guests’ experiences in our country our undivided affection and care. Any traveler would tell you that value is much more than just the price of the trip. Your experience’s quality is likewise important, and we’re proud of the diligent work of our Kenyan team.

About Kenya

Kenya is our shared ethnic homeland. It is known as the “Cradle of Mankind,” the potential Garden of Eden, and the location where “Millennium Man” traversed the Tugen Hills six million years ago. We set out to colonize the globe, fulfill our destiny, and reach the stars from the protective embrace of Kenya. However, not much has changed from where Homo Erectus first took his shaky, upright strides along the shores of Lake Turkana. The so-called “Jade Sea” is still swept by a blistering wind, hippos frolic alongside 12,000 crocodiles, and nomadic tribespeople continue to lead lives that are mostly unchanged from those of their 50 million-year-old ancestors.

Kenya has established itself as a land of miraculously harmonious contrasts: tropical ice, teeming wilderness, vibrant culture, and gentle tolerance. It is the motherland of humanity and the adopted home of more than seventy different ethnic groups who migrated here from Ethiopia, the Nile, and the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. A country where the national mentality is “Hakunamatata” (“no issue”) and a grin is the most important currency, despite the burdens of poverty, starvation, and drought.

Kenya, regarded as the “Safari Capital of the World,” is home to 56 national parks and reserves, offering sanctuary to some of the most endangered and ancient species in existence. She is named Mount Kenya after the continent’s second-highest mountain, which protects the last of the original rain forests and is home to more bird species than nearly anywhere else in the world. Kenya has served as a playground for monarchs, millionaires, aristocrats, and eccentrics for centuries and continues to be one of the most well-liked tourist destinations in the world. It is stunning, picturesque, steeped in history, a sportsman’s heaven, and a lover’s paradise.

Kenya safari offers the best of Africa trips, ensuring that the authenticity of the African wilderness is revealed by beautifully showcasing the diversity of Kenya’s wildlife and safari lodges. However, it is not the typical tourist trap that Kenya is usually remembered for. It’s for her people. A careful survey of the hotel industry shows the same facts over and over again. Visitors to Kenya are haunted by the

warmth, honesty and generosity of the Kenyan people.
